Workday Reporting Specialist for ING Hubs Philippines, responsible for delivering reports to the ING Group worldwide, maintaining a reporting catalog, and participating in global projects. Must have experience in Workday reports development, dashboard creation, and process improvements.
Requirements
- At least 1 year experience in Workday reports development
- Knowledge of dashboard creation in Workday
- Experience in introducing automation and improvements in the processes
- Data mindset
- German language (spoken and written) on B2 level
- Excel skills, including pivots and/or queries
- ServiceNOW report development possibilities (a plus)
- Ability to collect relevant data for meaningful analyses and reporting
- Data processing and pattern recognition skills
- Data interpretation and analysis skills leading to business decisions
- Ability to work with large amounts of data
