We are looking for a Workplace Digital Engineer passionate about accompanying users and mastering modern collaborative tools. You will be a key player in maintaining the performance and satisfaction of our users on a daily basis.
Requirements
- Excellent mastery of Office 365
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Teams and its collaborative features
- Solid skills in troubleshooting hardware and software on a Windows environment
- Knowledge of basic networks (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi)
- Mastery of a ticketing tool (such as ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)
