Vertiv is seeking a 1st and 2nd Line IT Support Analyst to troubleshoot issues with End-User computers and applications. This role involves providing support to the Platform Service Team and internal customers, and reporting to the regional IT manager. The position requires technical expertise and a willingness to work off-hours.

Requirements

  • Windows Operating System Deployment
  • Basic knowledge of network technology and protocols
  • User State Migration Tool (USMT)
  • English (written and spoken)
  • Driving licence
  • Desktop related Group Policy Objects (GPO)
  • Active Directory (AD)
  • Troubleshooting of IT hardware and software
  • Software Distribution and Patch Management tool experience
  • Experience in using ITSM systems like ServiceNow is an advantage
  • Available to work off hours

Requirements Summary

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 2+ years Windows deployment experience. 2+ years SCCM experience is a must
