We are looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst to join our team in Hamburg. The job involves being the primary point of contact for colleagues and customers regarding IT issues and requests, with tasks including documentation, ticket management, and knowledge database maintenance.
Requirements
- Education in the IT field or equivalent work experience in the IT Service Desk/User Helpdesk
- Very good knowledge of common Apple products, including operating systems (macOS 10.x), or very good knowledge of common Microsoft products, including operating systems (Windows 11)
- Strong service and quality orientation
- Knowledge of common hardware (printers, PCs, notebooks, Macs)
- Good to very good German language skills, English language skills are an asset
- Strong customer friendliness through clear communication with users of varying technical knowledge
- Analytical and solution-oriented working style
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, as well as teamwork skills
- Knowledge of ticket systems such as ServiceNow is an asset
