Requirements
- Minimum 3 years in an application/production support role or equivalent.
- Operational experience in a 24/7 high availability payments processing environment.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Strong analytical abilities, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience using ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira Helpdesk).
- Experience with payment protocols and regulations (ISO8583, PCI-DSS, DUKPT, 3DS EMVCo).
- Knowledge of cloud technologies, web services, and APIs.
- Ability to review API documentation and test APIs.
- Proficiency in Python scripting.
- Knowledge in version control (Git).
- AWS service experience (EC2, Cloudwatch, RDS, PostgreSQL).
- Containerisation (Docker).
