This role involves providing support to the business with Messaging and M365 environments, managing the environment, responding to client requests, monitoring team queues in ServiceNow, and creating process and testing documentation. The analyst will also participate in Change Advisory Board Meetings and the 24x7 on-call rota.
Requirements
