Netflix is seeking a Manager of HR Shared Services to lead a high-performing team in Manila. This role involves delivering services at scale, leveraging data, and partnering with stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives. The manager will focus on optimizing location strategy and fostering a people-centric environment while operating in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Talent/HR
- Significant portion of experience in people management in the Shared Services space
- Strong knowledge of Talent/HR lifecycle processes, data governance, and service delivery models
- Strong knowledge of tools used in the Talent/HR lifecycle - Workday (preferably), Google Suite, Tableau, ServiceNow, Zendesk, etc.
Requirements Summary
10+ years experience in HR, significant shared services experience, and proficiency with Talent/HR lifecycle tools. Strong data skills and strategic planning abilities are also needed
