Abcam - Minor Enhancement Lead Saas Technical

This role involves leading the design, development, and deployment of minor enhancements within Oracle SaaS applications. Collaboration with business stakeholders, request management, impact analysis, and ensuring compliance are key responsibilities. The position also focuses on providing mentorship and monitoring performance of changes.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle SaaS technical roles.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud modules (ERP, HCM, SCM).
• Hands-on experience with BI Publisher, OTBI, HDL, FBDI, REST/SOAP APIs.
• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and debugging application logs.
• Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and PaaS components.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
