Accessibility Specialist

ServiceNow is seeking a full-time Accessibility & AI Specialist to shape inclusive digital experiences for internal applications. This role will partner with various teams to embed accessibility standards, advocate for best practices, and ensure inclusive AI adoption. The specialist will contribute to shaping the company's position as a global leader in inclusive technology.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in Accessibility, Inclusive Design, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of global accessibility standards (WCAG, EN 301 549, ADA, EAA).
• Experience working with employee engagement programs.
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts and inclusivity.
