Active Sourcer with German

We're looking for an Active Sourcer with German language skills to build the bridge between candidates and our company. The role involves sourcing external candidates, developing recruitment marketing activities, and providing data-driven insights to inform strategic business planning.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in talent sourcing techniques and strategies or professional experience in Recruiting area
• Completed higher education preferably in HR field or related areas
• Expertise in Recruitment-related systems and platforms (e.g., Success Factors, ServiceNow)
