The Administrative Assistant 2 will support various Deputy Chief Technology Officer and/or Directors in the Technology Services Division, performing a range of administrative and program support functions. This role involves coordination, calendar management, budgeting, communications, and liaison with various stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration or related field
  • Experience providing administrative assistance to senior management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, and ServiceNow
  • Experience taking minutes and handling confidential materials
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Requirements Summary

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent. 5-7 years of administrative experience. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ServiceNow
