Hyperion Support Lead - Remote Canada

NTT DATA is seeking a Remote Hyperion Support Lead to join their Canada team. This role involves supporting corporate reporting, data updates, security, and troubleshooting in Hyperion Financial Reports and Smart View. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining HFM and FDMEE applications, and documenting issues, requests, and changes in the serviceNOW ITIL system.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Hyperion Financial Management (11.2.x or higher)
• 5+ years of experience with Hyperion Financial Reports and Financial Reporting Studio Web
• 3-5 years of experience with Oracle Smart View (creating new reports, supporting ad hoc, break fix, etc.)
• 5+ years of experience with FDMEE
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail
• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office versions 2010 - 2016
