Scotiabank is seeking a Software Engineer to join the Application Support team. This role involves providing production support for applications related to small businesses, commercial clients, and corporate clients. The engineer will work with Business Analysts, Operational Support teams, and other teams to resolve issues and ensure application reliability.
Requirements
- Incident Management experience
- Previous experience in a technical or operational support helpdesk role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel
- Familiarity with ServiceNow and Confluence
- Good interpersonal and expert communication skills
