We are seeking an Administrator - L3 to join our team. The successful candidate will work with us to deliver timely response to client tickets, ensure quality solutioning, and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow CSM module
- ITSM module (RITM, workflows), service portal experience preferred
- Proficient in Client scripts, Business rules, UI policies, UI actions, Flow Designer / Workflow / Scripted Flows, Service Catalog & Request Management, CMDB & Discovery integration
- Self-driven and with ownership mindset
