The Administrator Extended Support will provide support for the entire IT infrastructure, receipt and processing of IT error reports, and documentation. They will also participate in the creation of documentation and testing of new processes.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in the IT sector or comparable qualification
- Good handling of Windows operating systems and applications (M365 / O365)
- Knowledge in the field of Active Directory and print management
- Knowledge of Ivanti Endpoint Manager and/or ServiceNow
- Experience in telephone support
- Good English skills
