ServiceNow is seeking a Technical Advisor Presales Solution Consultant to support the CRM sales effort. This role involves providing product-specific solutions, customer requirements gathering, demonstration, and partnership with marketing events, focusing on understanding and addressing business challenges. The consultant will act as a product expert and contribute to the quality and efficiency of the ServiceNow platform.

Requirements

  • Experience leveraging or critically thinking about AI into work processes
  • c. 8+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering in Customer Experience, CRM, or Customer Engagement
  • Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with cloud software solutions
  • Pitch perfect communication, writing and presenting skills
  • Demonstrated relationship building skills, with proven success at developing and nurturing relationships up to and including C-level
  • Experience speaking with both business decision makers and technical decision makers
  • Experience working collaboratively across a complex sales ecosystem

Requirements Summary
