As a Solution Consultant at ServiceNow, you will have a major impact on our future success by supporting one of our most strategic customers in Life Science. You will be responsible for positioning and selling the ServiceNow platform, investing in existing customer stakeholders, and finding new opportunities to position ServiceNow into the business. We are looking for a thought leader in AI who will elevate the customer's business to the next level, allowing them to be future ready in the Agentic AI era.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience
  • Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with cloud software solutions
  • Experience working collaboratively with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services
  • Territory management skills, including pipeline building and working with Sales counterpart to guide execution excellence
  • Travel, as necessary
  • Life Science Industry Knowledge is a plus
  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
