We are seeking a Help Desk Agent N1 Junior to join our team. The ideal candidate will have technical, technological, or engineering background, basic knowledge of SAP, and experience in support and incident resolution.

Requirements

  • Technical, technological, or engineering student in systems engineering, electronics, or related fields
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in support and incident resolution at the first level
  • Basic knowledge of SAP
  • Handling ITSM tools (Solman, ServiceNow, Jira – Jira is a plus)
  • Basic knowledge of ITIL and compliance with SLAs
  • Office software: Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Customer service and ticket follow-up
  • Integration with other systems and reporting of hours in Solman
