We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer to support our ServiceNow platform. The role includes configuring and developing solutions using Flow Designer, Service Catalog/Portal, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and basic scripting logic. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of ServiceNow best practices and 1-3 years of experience developing or administering ServiceNow or similar workflow platforms.
Requirements
- Configure and develop ServiceNow capabilities for ITSM
- Modify existing workflows and create new workflows
- Configure ServiceNow integrations with other third-party applications
- Support ensuring that ServiceNow functionality aligns with ITIL standards
- Stay up to date on ITIL standards and ServiceNow functionality
- Support platform upgrades and resolve Health Scan findings
- Create and update documentation and knowledge articles for supported solutions
