Level 1 Junior Help Desk Agent with experience in support and incident resolution, basic knowledge of SAP and ITSM tools, and excellent customer service skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in support and incident resolution at the first level
  • Basic knowledge of SAP
  • ITSM tools management (Solman, ServiceNow, Jira – Jira is a plus)
  • Basic knowledge of ITIL and SLA compliance
  • Office software: Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Customer service and ticket tracking
  • Integrations with other systems and time reporting in Solman
