Level 1 Help Desk Agent Junior seeks Technician, technologist, or engineering student with 1+ year of experience in support and incident resolution, basic knowledge of SAP, ITSM tool management, and ITIL compliance.

Requirements

  • Technician, technologist, or engineering student in systems engineering, electronics, or related fields
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in support and incident resolution at the first level
  • Basic knowledge of SAP
  • ITSM tool management (Solman, ServiceNow, Jira – Jira is a plus)
  • Basic knowledge of ITIL and SLA compliance
  • Office software: Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Customer service and ticket tracking
  • Integration with other systems and Solman hours reporting
