The Agile Coach and Transformation Lead will drive transformation across the organization by leveraging frameworks, including Scaled Agile (SAFe), Scrum, and Kanban. The role will work to drive the adoption of the Agile mindset through Lean Portfolio Management, Agile delivery knowledge, and Agile lifecycle management tools while coaching and mentoring team members.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience with the Systems Engineering Life Cycle and Agile management tools
- Experience coaching, mentoring, and advising technology leaders through a sophisticated Agile transformation
- Experience as an Agilist, leading Agile transformations as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
- Experience designing and executing enterprise organizational transformation frameworks
- Ability to lead discussions with executives, team leads, and leaders within the organization
- Active TS /SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
- DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification such as Security+ CE, CCNA-Security, GSEC, SSCP, CySA+, GICSP, or CND Certification
- Agile Certification such as PMI-ACP or SAFe SPC Certification
- Associate’s degree and 5+ years of experience supporting IT projects and activities
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience supporting IT projects and activities
- Master’s degree and 1+ years of experience supporting IT projects and activities
