Welcome to TELUS Digital — where innovation drives impact at a global scale. We are seeking an Agile Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end management of a complex ServiceNow and multi-platform transformation project.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development or IT implementation environment
- Proven experience working on projects within the Telecommunications (Telco) industry
- 3+ years of experience leading ServiceNow implementations or similar enterprise IT projects
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent Agile certification
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and techniques, including user stories, backlog management, sprint planning, and continuous improvement practices
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex, multi-vendor project environments
