Join Mizuho as the AI, Analytics & RPA Support SRE Lead to oversee multiple support teams and manage the IT infrastructure for AI, Analytics, and RPA applications.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure management
  • At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role
  • Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or CISSP are a plus
  • Proven experience with ServiceNOW for IT service management
  • Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services, including deployment, management, and optimization
  • Experience in implementing and managing Site Reliability Engineering practices, including automation, monitoring, and proactive issue resolution
