ServiceNow is seeking an AI Architect to partner with Product and Platform Management and Engineering teams to deliver a customer-centric AI implementation experience. This role involves designing, piloting, and implementing AI-first solutions, collaborating with partners, and driving early adoption of AI across ServiceNow's core products. The ideal candidate will compress time-to-first-use, accelerate product adoption and deliver consistently excellent, AI-enabled implementation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of solution architecture experience across multiple AI platforms.
- Prior experience developing AI use cases (Generative, Agentic, Predictive).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
