AI Scrum master- India

NewRocket, a global ServiceNow partner, seeks an AI Scrum master to join their dynamic team. The role involves facilitating Scrum ceremonies, coaching team members, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve business problems and develop predictive models.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of professional experience in AI/ML Scrum master or a similar role
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis and modeling
• Strong experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
• Expertise in statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and experimental design
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment and adapt to new AI technologies
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team
• Strong communication skills to present complex findings in a clear and concise manner
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in data science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
