Sonepar is seeking a Full Support Analyst to join their customer support team in Campinas, SP. This role involves handling calls, troubleshooting issues on computers and networks, and maintaining IT systems and user accounts. Requirements
- Handle calls via ServiceNow or in person
- Diagnose and resolve problems in workstations, software and hardware
- Support the office suite, corporate email, printers, networks and access
- Installation and configuration of operating systems and applications
- Creation and maintenance of user accounts in internal systems (AD, email, etc.)
- Escalate calls to higher levels when necessary
- Register and document performed attendings
- Support in maintaining IT inventory and asset control
Requirements Summary
Bachelor's degree in IT related field. Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux and networks. Good customer service & communication skills
