Nestlé is seeking an HR User & Roles Management Supervisor to oversee the process of assigning roles (LORA, ServiceNow), ensuring compliance with SLAs, and maintaining operational documentation. This role involves coordinating transitions, projects, and service with ICOS, ICCC, and other governance teams, while driving continuous improvement and a customer-centric approach.

Requirements

  • Higher Education completed
  • Advanced English required
  • Advanced Spanish required
  • Experience in leading teams in shared services or human resources operations
  • Advanced and practical knowledge with SAP, SAP Security and SuccessFactors
  • Proven record of compliance, audits and process improvement
  • Technical Knowledge: Knowledge in ISO 27000, NCE methodology, role reviews
  • Advanced Excel skills and documentation
  • Experience in Reengineering of processes, knowledge transfer
  • Experience in Prioritization, analytical thinking, adaptability
  • Strong focus on service and customer mindset
