BlackRock is seeking a Benefits Operations Analyst to manage and administer employee benefit programs across a global team of over 24 countries. This role focuses on financial well-being, covering pensions, health insurance, and other benefits, requiring close collaboration with HR, Finance, Payroll, and external providers. The Analyst will serve as the primary point of contact for benefit-related queries and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
