ServiceNow Developer (REF4230C)

Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions (formerly IT-Services Hungary, ITSH) is looking for a ServiceNow Developer to join its team. The role involves implementing requirements and user stories in the ServiceNow platform while ensuring best practices are applied.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in developing ServiceNow applications in a multinational environment for large enterprises
• Comprehensive knowledge of ServiceNow platform key capabilities and solutions
• ServiceNow Certified System Administration (CSA) certification
• Ability to work in an international environment with local and international teams
• Understanding of CMDB/CSDM data model, best practices for Data Integration and ServiceNow ETL framework
• Experience in at least two ServiceNow applications
• Experience implementing solutions using the Agile/Scrum methodology
• Experience designing and implementing IT and Non-IT related process workflows, procedures
• Experience in interface design and implementation using web services
• Experience with programming languages, databases and scripting
• Experience in developing custom applications
• Strong oral and written communications skills
• Nice to have skills and capabilities
