Senior People Services Advisor

As a member of the Shared Services team, you will support People Services Operations and Talent Acquisition, advising the PS Advisors on day-to-day operational questions of the People function, handling escalations, and supporting process development and training.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 2-4 years of working experience in similar role in PS Services
• Fluent in English, both oral and written
• Knowledge of Polish language - B2
• Knowledge of PS and Talent Acquisition processes
• Confident Microsoft Office usage, especially with Excel
• Good time management and ability to prioritize
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Customer-oriented with demonstrated drive and resilience
• Experience of working with ServiceNow and Workday or other similar HR technology is desirable
