ServiceNow HRSD Senior Consultants

NCS Australia is seeking a ServiceNow HRSD Senior Consultant to join a high-performing team supporting a major government client. The role involves managing, enhancing, and securing the client's People Connect HR system, implementing business improvements, managing incidents, and ensuring alignment with cybersecurity regulations. This is a hands-on technical role that requires strong collaboration and communication skills.

Requirements

• Extensive technical expertise in ServiceNow development, particularly in Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD), Analytics and Reporting, and Security Operations.
• Strong experience in managing and maintaining ServiceNow HRSD.
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow annual upgrades.
• Experience in business test automation, including automation test scripts.
• Working knowledge of Performance Analytics within the ServiceNow platform.
• Familiarity with HRSD Professional licensing features.
