The Analyst, Leaves (Temporary) role is responsible for the full lifecycle of an employee's leave of absence, ensuring accurate pay, benefits, and pension support while on leave. The role requires administering day-to-day operations of leave programs, ensuring compliance with federal and provincial legislation, and collaborating with HR teams to manage claims and secure leave approvals.

Requirements Summary
