CPP Investments is seeking a Principal Analyst (Systems and Analytics) to generate reports, configure system functionality, and provide analytical support for GCS teams. The role involves creating analytical communication, business analysis, and system configuration, as well as identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. The team relies on strong technical, analytical, and systems configuration skills and collaborates with other business functions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in data science, analytics, IT, business administration, or related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a large organization or complex projects.
  • Good understanding of IT controls, software development cycle (SDLC), user acceptance testing (UAT), and change management.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects or tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience with enterprise platforms (ServiceNow, Oracle, risk and procurement management platforms) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
