The role involves reviewing pre-generated intents, defining test cases, creating Golden Paths, and writing user agent instructions for AI models. This is a remote, part-time position requiring a proactive and eager individual with a Bachelor's or Master’s degree.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 3+ years of professional experience
- Advanced English level (C1+)
- Proficiency in setting up and managing ServiceNow tickets, triggers, macros, and automation
- Ability to learn quickly and work with complex guidelines
