The Analytics Lead – Global Sales Ops / Marketing Portfolio role supports the digital transformation strategy and delivers data to value strategy. This is a global cross-functional position requiring experience with sales operations, marketing portfolio, and data analytics.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience related to sales operations and/or marketing portfolio or Lead to Cash
- Experience with D365, Salesforce, SAP and ServiceNow is helpful
- Solid reporting skillset including PowerBI. Knowledge of all MS Platform products is desired (Power Automate, PowerApps, Copilot)
- Knowledgeable working with data warehouses (e.g. Data Bricks)
- Experience working with IT; familiarity with the SAFe agile process and Product Ownership
- Ability to prioritize and negotiate around competing stakeholder needs and manage a project funnel
- Strong interpersonal skills to work in onshore/offshore delivery model and to collaborate across departments
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English language
- Proficient at asking questions for workflow/business process understanding; able to pinpoint process and data issues and lead design and solutioning discussions
