The APAC Employee Shareholding Analyst plays a role in optimizing and supporting Employee Shareholding operations and various Human Resources processes for APAC regions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an operational support role, HR administration, HR Shared Services, or a similar analytical position within a complex organization.
- Proficiency in HR Information Systems Workday and case management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, or similar)
