The AVP, IT Change & Release manager will be responsible for managing and orchestrating technology controls related to releases, ensuring effective changes and releases. This role involves strategic planning, collaboration with stakeholders, risk management, and ensuring compliance. The position requires a proactive and adaptable individual focused on ensuring smooth and successful releases.

Requirements

  • PMP, Agile, CSM/Scrum, or ITIL certifications
  • Minimum 5+ years of professional experience as Change & Release Manager, Project Manager or Scrum Master
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience or exposure working with CRES related technologies
  • Experience with Reporting tools such as Tableau, Clarity and ADO
  • Experience with Collaboration tools such as Confluence, SharePoint, Mural
  • Experience with ITAM & CMDB tools such as ServiceNow
  • Knowledge of product lifecycle and agile methodologies
  • Bachelor Degree in IT related field
