We are seeking a seasoned Application Lead with 8-10 years of experience in managing Application Management Services (AMS) and Change Request (CR) delivery for global clients.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in application support and development for enterprise applications
- Hands-on expertise in Angular (latest versions), JavaScript, TypeScript, and Magento Commerce (B2B/B2C)
- Experience managing AMS/production support, enhancements, and minor/major releases
- Proficient in using ITSM and incident management tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Remedy
- Solid experience with SLA/KPI tracking, client reporting, and expectation management
- Strong understanding of Agile and ITIL-based delivery models
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proven experience in managing distributed/global teams
- Ability to work in Mountain Time shift (USA timezone coverage)
