Application Lead (ServiceNow - Order Management)

Focus Group is seeking a ServiceNow Application Lead (Order Management) to own and shape the roadmap for their Order Management platform. Requirements

• Proven experience in ServiceNow Order Management (or similar OMS platforms).
• Strong grasp of the Order-to-Cash cycle.
• Hands-on expertise in platform administration, configuration, and release management.
• Excellent communicator with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
• Curious mind with an eye for automation, integration (APIs, RPA), and emerging AI tools.
