Onepoint is a leading player in digital transformation, looking for an Application Support Analyst to provide technical and functional support for their clients. The ideal candidate will have experience with configuration management tools, ITIL methodology, and Linux and Windows servers.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with configuration management tools
  • Master of ITIL methodology for operations with solid analytical skills and proven professional experience
  • Operational excellence in administering Redhat Linux and Windows servers
  • Remediation of vulnerabilities on Linux and Windows servers
  • Knowledge of configuration management, surveillance, and continuous integration tools on UNIX and Windows platforms
  • Automation of deployment, personalization, updates, and surveillance via DevOps tools
  • Experience in providing 24/7 support for critical servers
  • Experience with the ServiceNow ticket management tool
  • Excellent English communication skills
