We are looking for a highly motivated Production Support Analyst to coordinate production support activities for all major systems and related subsystems to ensure the integrity of computer-generated data. This role will involve monitoring and investigating JCL Batch job executions, troubleshooting failures, and ensuring timely resolutions to maintain smooth operations.

Requirements

  • Business-focused, holistic approach to delivering operations
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Displays a sense of ownership and exhibits flexibility, resilience, and resourcefulness
  • Experience with the incident and problem management lifecycles
  • Experience with SQL & Unix environments
  • ITIL Framework
  • Experience with monitoring and logging technologies such as Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix, ELK, Splunk, etc.
  • IT Systems Operations Experience
  • Working experience with ServiceNow or comparable IT Service Management toolsets
