Burendo is seeking a motivated Technical Support Engineer to provide 24/7 support for production environments. This fixed-term contract role (6 months), starting from £25,000 - £32,000 plus benefits, involves incident management, troubleshooting, and collaboration with various teams. The ideal candidate will be passionate about Technical Service Support and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- Strong stakeholder management and excellent communication skills
- Solid experience with Git or equivalent source control systems
- Hands-on experience with AWS or other cloud platforms
- Familiarity with ITSM tooling (e.g. ServiceNow, Jira Service Management)
- Proactive mindset with a drive for continuous improvement
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Strong understanding of IT systems and keen technical interest
- Must-haves: Strong stakeholder management & excellent communication skills
