Accesa is seeking a full-stack Application Support Engineer with German language skills. The role involves ensuring the stability and performance of banking applications, investigating incidents, contributing to documentation, and collaborating with a team of over 40 engineers. The role is currently seeking for a new application support engineer to join a leader in financial services solutions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years hands-on experience as an Application Support role or similar
  • Business-level German (B2+) and English (B2+)
  • Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
  • Ability to recognize problems and gather information to solve them
  • Willingness to learn and understand new technologies
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail
  • Experience with ticketing tools
