Requirements
- 3+ years hands-on experience as an Application Support role or similar
- Business-level German (B2+) and English (B2+)
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
- Ability to recognize problems and gather information to solve them
- Willingness to learn and understand new technologies
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Experience with ticketing tools
- Willingness to help users and colleagues
