The Application Support Specialist will provide comprehensive support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 across the UK business, troubleshooting technical issues, supporting software implementations, and ensuring the smooth operation of application solutions.
Requirements
- Track record supporting and administering Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages.
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Azure portal.
- Microsoft certifications are advantageous, particularly Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (MB-910), Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900), and Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900).
- Knowledge of C# is beneficial.
- Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) is a plus.
- Proven experience in a technical support environment.
- Flexible and resilient under pressure.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience working in matrix-managed teams, including contractors and vendors.
- Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum).
- Familiarity with ITIL v3 or later, particularly Service Operations processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Event Management).
