PIMCO is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented People Operations Analyst/Associate to join their People Operations (POPs) team. The role focuses on managing employee and HR client inquiries, supporting hiring/onboarding, and ensuring HR operations efficiency. This position offers growth opportunities and contributes to transforming HR systems and processes.

Requirements

  • Efficiently respond to employee inquiries and HR client requests.
  • Deliver essential, thoughtful, accurate, and timely support to employees and managers.
  • Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires.
  • Execute data transactions and generate reports in HR systems.
  • Understand and execute PIMCO’s HR business processes and policies.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

Requirements Summary

Bachelor's degree in HR or related field. 2+ years of HR/SOH experience. Strong HR policies & compliance knowledge
