We are looking for an experienced EAMS Support Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will provide technical support for enterprise applications and resolve client-reported issues promptly.

Requirements

  • 3 to 6 years of experience in L1/L2 support roles on Windows Server OS family
  • Good experience in Product support for client-facing applications
  • Hands-on experience with Windows PowerShell scripting
  • Good knowledge of Windows services
  • Understanding of Windows Batch File scripting, and TCP/IP concepts
  • Experience in SFTP connectivity and troubleshooting
  • Basic SMTP understanding
  • Familiarity with ticketing tools (e.g.,Remedy, ServiceNow) for incident management
