Apprentice (ServiceNow & Power BI)

SDI Presence LLC is seeking an Apprentice to support cross-functional teams working with ServiceNow and Power BI. This role offers hands-on experience in Agile project management and solution design, with exposure to enterprise software integration and digital workflow automation. The apprentice will learn to bridge business and technical needs and gain skills in using ServiceNow and Power BI.

Requirements

• Exposure to ServiceNow and/or Power BI platforms (experience is a plus)
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and work item management (must be comfortable using Azure DevOps or similar tools)
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
