DMI is seeking a highly organized Service Request Specialist - Third Shift to provide end user support for their managed services operation. The role involves submitting requests to vendors, resolving tickets, assisting with mobile phone activation, and cross-training with other teams. This position involves a 9pm-6am EST third shift.

Requirements

  • Submit MACD requests to request equipment.
  • Submit vendors orders to request equipment.
  • Update systems assets.
  • Assist with activation of mobile phones.
  • Monitor vendor responses.
  • Oversee the organization of ServiceNow ticketing system.
  • Assist other teams with overflow work.
  • Regular and reliable attendance.
  • Ability to work overtime.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Multitasking and ability to maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements Summary
