Engineering Program Manager, Law Enforcement Compliance Systems

The Engineering Program Manager will act as a liaison between the Law Enforcement business team and IS&T engineering resources. This includes coordinating project submission, managing status calls, producing documentation, and ensuring smooth software release processes. The role also involves requiring software to be approved for use by legal teams, testing, and providing user communication to ensure users understand software updates and support.

Requirements

• Familiarity with HTML, XML, JavaScript.
• 5+ years experience writing business requirements.
• Knowledge of task management solutions (ServiceNow, JIRA, Wrike, etc.).
• Awareness of multiple API technologies (JSON, ProtoBuf, REST, RPC, XML, etc.).
• Proficiency in software development life cycles and reporting tools.
• US Security Clearance (required).
